Dr. Onequa Hampshire serves as the Director of Operations for the Center 4 Transatlantic Leadership and Progressive Studies, where she supports international leadership initiatives and fosters professional learning partnerships aimed at enhancing educational practice across diverse communities. A dedicated educator and instructional leader, Dr. Hampshire firmly believes that all students can learn, and when given appropriate support and meaningful opportunities, they can achieve their highest potential.

Currently, Dr. Hampshire teaches Computer Science in the middle setting, serves as the Athletic Director at her school, and is an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, where she mentors aspiring educators and plays a key role in the development of future instructional leaders. Her academic preparation reflects a strong interdisciplinary foundation.

Her ongoing work emphasizes empowering educators, strengthening instructional systems, and expanding opportunities for students both locally and internationally.
