Dr. Onequa Hampshire serves as the Director of Operations for the Center 4 Transatlantic Leadership and Progressive Studies, where she supports international leadership initiatives and professional learning partnerships that strengthen educational practice across diverse communities. A dedicated educator and instructional leader, Dr. Hampshire firmly believes that all students can learn and, when provided with appropriate support and meaningful opportunities, can reach their highest potential.

Dr. Hampshire currently teaches Computer Science in the  middle setting, serves as the Athletic Director at her school, and is an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, where she mentors aspiring educators and contributes to the development of future instructional leaders. Her academic preparation reflects a strong interdisciplinary foundation.

Her ongoing work continues to focus on empowering educators, strengthening instructional systems, and expanding opportunities for students both locally and internationally.
